CONDITIONS AND RULES FOR THE USE OF GIFT CARDS
- We offer gift cards with a nominal value of CZK 500.
- Gift cards can be used to purchase goods and services in the Forum Ústí nad Labem shopping centre.*
- The gift card is valid for one year from the date of sale.
- The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash and its nominal value must be fully used.
- Gift cards cannot be returned.
- Counterfeiting of gift cards is a criminal offence under applicable Czech law.
*Gift cards can be used in all stores of the Forum Ústí nad Labem shopping centre except for: Car wash, Billa, Café In, Café Venezia, Costa Coffee, Curaprox, Equabank, Firo-Tour, Invia, mBank, Moje ambulance, O2, Oxalis, Raiffeisen Bank, SportsDirect, T-Mobile, Teta chemist's, Top Shop, Vodafone.
